Fly into Dublin, take a train to Rosslare Europort, book a ferry from Rosslare Europort to Cherbourg on the north coast of France.

We did it, and they only checked our passports once - when we initially arrive in Dublin. We waltzed past customs, if it could even be called that - it was more like a small office tucked away in the back of the building, without any problems whatsoever.

You may find this too risque - but you could always buy two more plane tickets and Courtney and I can come with you guys, then we can all rot in a French prison together during Valentine’s day once they catch us illegally crossing borders and inhabiting countries.

Something like that would at least be given consideration if Air France tickets could be shifted to domestic destinations.

That really sucks. You should take her to Disney World! They have a little French section in Epcot center. No, seriously though, Disney is kind of fun this time of year.

I also highly recommend Lake Tahoe, NV/CA if you want some privacy and scenery (lots of snow too!).
